Our activities<\/h3><\/div>

Hypotheek & Buitenland is an independent intermediary specializing in “foreign finance” and has been in existence since 2003. We mediate and advise for obtaining a mortgage for the purchase of a (vacation) home in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Belgium. Years of experience in “buying abroad” make us a partner in the whole process of buying and financing, guiding buyers through the whole process of buying. The goal is a transparent, well-considered and therefore controlled purchase and mortgage application process. This involves frequent collaboration with specialized consultants in many fields. Through inventiveness, persuasion, but above all perseverance, we have built a track record<\/em> of successful mediations of which we are proud.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
