The core of this investigation is to verify that what has been built is legal.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default panel-9d4d940c39f365ace fusion-toggle-has-divider\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\" id=\"toggle_9d4d940c39f365ace\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"9d4d940c39f365ace\" role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#9d4d940c39f365ace\" href=\"#9d4d940c39f365ace\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box active-icon awb-icon-minus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><i class=\"fa-fusion-box inactive-icon awb-icon-plus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">Habitability<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"9d4d940c39f365ace\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"toggle_9d4d940c39f365ace\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>Houses that are in such poor condition that they are not habitable will not want to be financed by a bank. There are also certain obsolete regions where banks are more reluctant to finance than in regions with booming housing markets.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default panel-145c2931b84f540b0 fusion-toggle-has-divider\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\" id=\"toggle_145c2931b84f540b0\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"145c2931b84f540b0\" role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#145c2931b84f540b0\" href=\"#145c2931b84f540b0\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box active-icon awb-icon-minus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><i class=\"fa-fusion-box inactive-icon awb-icon-plus\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">Special objects<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"145c2931b84f540b0\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"toggle_145c2931b84f540b0\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>Special properties such as castles or wine estates are more difficult to finance. There is a (very) small market for this type of special property and sales can take years. Houses that are very A-typical for the region can also be a problem, as can houses with a lot of land (tens of hectares). But for many objects, that is often not enough either. At issue here is the fact that the system of reclaiming collateral by auctioning it &#8211; as the ultimate consequence of no longer (being able to) meet monthly mortgage obligations &#8211; does not work well in Italy in all regions.
